Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible, and because of that, it is unlikely that we will be able to make any edits or adjustments to your order once it's been submitted. This includes ordered items, modifying sizes, canceling orders, and changing the shipping address. Returns can be requested by contacting merch.sgpn.io
How fast will my order ship?
Our ordering process kicks off as soon as an order is placed. Order fulfullment and shipping time varies based on the item(s) ordered. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
How do I process my return?
Merch must be new, unworn, and returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please email merch@sgpn.io to begin your return process. Please refer to our return page for more information.
